Michele Magwood is an award-winning book journalist. She was the Literary Editor of the Sunday Times for many years and is a popular interviewer at book events around the country. She has chaired the judging panel of the Herman Charles Bosman Prize for three years.

Each month Michele navigates the tsunami of books that reach the shelves, picking out the memorable from the mediocre and pointing readers to an array of good reads. She lives in Johannesburg with her husband and two teenage children.

When she’s not sleeping she is reading.
